At Mega Sale Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) in accordance with this policy.
1. General Return Conditions

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are generally nonreturnable:
Cosmetics and Perfumes: For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare products, and perfumes cannot be returned.
Underwear and Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, these items are nonreturnable.
Electronic Items: Items that have been opened, used, or registered (e.g., software activated) are non-returnable unless defective.
Personalized/Customized Items: Products that were custom-made or personalized for you.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Customer Service: Email our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Ship the Item: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us for assistance. For other exchanges (e.g., a different size of clothing), we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
